Harriet Brown is the current World Ironwoman Champion, Nutri-Grain Ironwoman Series Champion & Molokai 2 Oahu Paddleboard Champion.
She is also an accomplished ocean swimmer, exercise physiologist, pilates instructor and public speaker.
As part of the Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Ironwoman Series, Harriet competes all over the Australian coast, and she has travelled the world as part of the Australian Junior Surf Life Saving and Northcliffe teams.
One of her most anticipated events of the year is Lorne Pier to Pub, which she has won six times! When she has time away from Surf Life Saving, she loves racing in open water swims.
Harriet grew up in Geelong, but soon realised she’d had enough of the icy Victorian waters at Ocean Grove and wearing a full-length wetsuit. After finishing school, Harriet decided to move to the Gold Coast to train and study.
She now spends the early mornings and afternoons pushing her body to the limit, and her days prescribing exercise to those who need to improve their health. She is passionate about living an active and healthy lifestyle and absolutely loves her sport, which she can talk about for hours. Her passion and determination has seen her selected as a member of the Australian Team, Athlete Advisory Panel for the Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Ironwoman Series, and as a member of the senior leadership team at the Northcliffe Surf Club. When she is not training in the pool, in the surf, or the gym, you will find her catching up with friends for coffee, chatting to aspiring athletes, or trying a new healthy recipe in the kitchen.

I am always on the lookout for likeminded brands to partner with and spread the message of a healthy, active lifestyle on and off the beach. If you think we'd be a good fit, I'd love the opportunity to meet in person, and get to know you and your brand.
